A close-up of one small area at a time. Lower settings, starting at 50X, show a wider area, and higher settings, up to 1600X, show a smaller area in more detail. A whole coin may not fit on screen at once, so move the coin or the microscope to look across it area by area.
How long does shipping take, and can I track my order?
Shipping is free on both versions. Most orders arrive in 7 to 13 days, and you will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How do I return it if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@remivex.com first and tell us you would like to return it. Return shipping is paid by you, since the product was not damaged. Send it back in good condition, in its original packaging with everything that came in the box. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
What if it arrives damaged, scratched or does not work?
Email support@remivex.com with your order number and a photo. We will send you a new one or refund your payment, whichever you prefer.
Can I save photos and videos?
Yes. It has photo and video functions and an SD card slot. An SD card is not included and is sold separately.
How strong is the magnification?
From 50X up to 1600X. What you see depends on the setting you choose and how close the microscope is to the coin.
What is the difference between Without lights and With lights?
The With lights version includes adjustable side lights you can position around the coin. The Without lights version does not include them.
Can I adjust the screen?
Yes. The screen tilts and rotates, adjustable up to 80 degrees, so you can find a comfortable viewing angle.
What is in the box?
The microscope with stand, a charging cable and a manual guide.
What can I look at with it, and will it grade my coins?
Coins, stamps, small collectibles, jewelry, circuit boards, plants and other small objects. It is a magnifying tool. It does not grade, authenticate or value anything, so for that, consult a professional or a reference guide.
Do I need a computer or phone?
No. It has a built-in 4.3-inch screen and button controls, so you can use it straight out of the box.
Does it come gift wrapped?
Not at the moment. It ships in standard packaging.
How is it powered?
It has a built-in rechargeable battery. A charging cable is included.
